Second's MCP server that gives agents a Bark (barkd) wallet: pay Lightning invoices and L402 APIs, create invoices and check balances, with spend caps, network gating and confirmation guardrails
Note: Not a Lightning node. bark-mcp drives a barkd wallet on Ark, a separate Bitcoin layer run with Second's Ark server, and reaches Lightning through it. Defaults to signet; mainnet needs an explicit double opt-in.
